"When they reach 200 mpg wake me." Actually, we should be there with some. There's no reason why we can't have some vehicles on the road getting 70 to 120 and even 250 is possible today with what I and others know and have done. I've always bumped up the fuel economy of every vehicle I've owned a few my parents owned and a few of friends or neighbors by 10 to 35% and we could have done more or I could have done more, but lack of money keeps or kept it from happening on that end. You could get 120+ with a Prius, Insight, Fusion and other hybrids and more with the plug-in hybrids they're gonna have available soon. It's not that difficult. They just don't want to do it as the automakers have a vested interest in oil and fuel commodities just like Big Oil, OPEC, the Refiners, Big Banks and many among the ultra-wealthy. Later!
